Oheka Castle

Oheka Castle is around 109,000 square feet. IT holds 126 rooms and was once the second largest private dwelling in the United States.

Oheka is named after railroad financier, Otto Herman Khan, who built the castle as his Huntington residence in 1914. IT took 5 years to complete. Khan built Oheka after being denied membership to a nearby country club. The property originally consisted of 443 acres, including a private golf club. IT was also featured in the famous film Citizen Kane. Today, Oheka serves as a unique place for fancy weddings. Last year, Kevin Jonas married his bride, Danielle Deleasa at Oheka Castle.
